For the first time G. I. Tech have Developed Nitrogen Generator in Korea. As RoHS that is announced by EU in 2006, 6 harmful material such as Pb(lead) can not be used for the products, so manufacturing company that export product to EU must not use lead. However, in the oxygen in the air make a oxidation that make unleaded product ill-conditioned. Therefore we have developed Nitrogen Generator.
Filling with nitrogen instead of air that include oxygen, you can prevent oxidation. And you can control concentration of nitrogen from 97 to 9.99%. In nitrogen environment, you can improve wetness and broadness in soldering work, so you can reduce soldering costs by reducing defect ratio. And you can reduce lead waste by improving work efficiency. Also you can use N2 Generator to maintain food fresh and prevent bacteria increase and extend term of storage of industrial supplies.

Introduction

Initial installation cost and maintenance cost are much more affordable than the existing liquefied nitrogen/PSA Produces various nitrogen production devices, from small all-in-one type (Regulator + Ultra air filter + Membrane + Flow meter) to medium (Soldering Robot, ultrasonic soldering equipment, packaging, etc).
